These terms govern your use of HireMind AI (“HireMind”), operated by Tevrix AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use HireMind.
1. The service
HireMind helps recruiters post jobs, screen applicants, run AI voice interviews, score them and schedule follow-ups. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Recruiters’ responsibilities
- You are responsible for your hiring decisions. HireMind’s scores and summaries are decision support, not a final decision, and should be reviewed by a person.
- You must comply with employment, anti-discrimination, data-protection and recording-consent laws that apply to you and to the candidates you interview, and give candidates any notices those laws require.
- You must not use HireMind to discriminate unlawfully, to harass candidates, or to process data you have no right to process.
4. Candidates
By taking an AI interview you understand it is conducted by an AI system, that audio and transcripts are recorded and processed to score the interview, and that the recruiter who invited you receives the results. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Credits and payment
Interviews use prepaid credits. Credits for an interview that fails to produce a score are refunded automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the law says otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable once used.
6. Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, you authorise HireMind to access it as described in the Privacy Policy, and you remain bound by that service’s terms. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, bypass limits, scrape it, resell it without permission, upload malware, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you.
9. Intellectual property
HireMind, its software and branding belong to Tevrix AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using HireMind at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
